How was your Halloween? We spent a pleasant evening eating grilled steaks and watching Stranger Things, and though I miss having trick-or-treaters, we had plenty of Halloween spirit.
Today I’m hanging out at the Kill Zone blog, talking about audiobooks vs. ebooks/paper books. I’ve become addicted to listening to audiobooks these days. I hope you’ll come by and give it a look. We’re a very jolly bunch over there–we love ALL the books.
In addition to the books I’ve been listening to, I’ve been reading The Making of Home, by Judith Flanders. If you’re a homebody and history buff (particularly anthropological history), you’ll love it.
What are you reading this week?
Happy Wednesday, Happy November. Rabbit, rabbit!
I listen to audio books on my walk and the way to work, I love them, but I still love holding a book in my hands and reading it in bed, so I do all books, audio, ebooks and real book. have a great day.
How lovely that you have a great relationship with all kinds of books, Peggy. The story is the thing!
Your Halloween sounded lovely. I am reading Robert B. Parker’s Trouble in Paradise ( a Jesse Stone book) and Moura by Virginia Coffman.
It’s always nice to have a couple good books going at once.
I hope Kill zone does well for you.
It’s a fascinating site and not just for writers. My colleagues are all very experienced writers and have great advice and stories. Such a huge response today about audiobooks. Who knew?
